LD Creates Media LLC is a digital media company offering content and marketing services. We build the trauma-informed curriculum, frameworks, and systems that move women and children from financial abuse to economic leadership.
The strategic capacity forged in survival: pattern recognition, crisis management, resourcefulness. The world calls it trauma. We call it intelligence. C·O·C·O™ Way converts it into leadership, economic power, and generational wealth.
Linda Dada is a trauma-informed Recalibration Strategist and the founder of LD Creates Media LLC. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Nursing, with 15+ years building and scaling property-management, furnished-rental, and media-production businesses.
She named Captivity Intelligence™ and built C·O·C·O™ Way from lived experience, turning the intelligence forged in crisis into a repeatable curriculum for leadership, economic independence, and generational wealth.
We move women and children from financial abuse to economic leadership. The pattern recognition, crisis management, and resourcefulness developed while surviving are the same capacities that build businesses and lead organizations. Our work is to name that intelligence, put it to work, and break the cycle for the next generation.
"The fire was never the problem.
Learning how to contain it is."
Five stages. One climb, from survival to generational impact.
See the full method →Evidence-based and trauma-informed. C·O·C·O™ Way is a curriculum grounded in established research on trauma, stress physiology, and posttraumatic growth. It draws on the work of Tedeschi and Calhoun on posttraumatic growth, and McEwen on allostatic load, translated into a practical program for recovery and economic leadership.
An evidence-based, trauma-informed curriculum for women and children rebuilding after financial abuse and crisis. A four-stage path from survival to financial independence, stability, and generational wealth.
Recognize the truth, reclaim the narrative, and regulate the body that carried it. This is where the somatic work begins: nervous-system recalibration, breath, prayer, and grounding practices that move you out of survival mode and into clear financial decisions.
Author your recovery. Take strategic control of identity, boundaries, and financial awareness, and hold yourself accountable to a new direction.
Build income and systems from your expertise and lived intelligence: content, business, and the structures that produce real economic power.
Reach stability, generosity, and legacy, building generational wealth that breaks the cycle for the next generation.
Somatic recovery begins in Claim. A regulated nervous system is the foundation of every clear decision that follows.
C·O·C·O™ Way meets a woman where she stands. After Claim and Own, the path branches into two tracks: same framework, different starting point.
For the woman rebuilding from crisis. Financial recovery, credit repair, skill development, and the systems that create real economic independence. A foundation strong enough to build a life on.
For the woman already leading. Leadership recalibration, strategic clarity, system optimization, and vision alignment, sharpening the operator she already is.
